I know I normally point out mistakes that I spot in these posts about my kids immediately after they skate, but this is going to be short because there was a distinct lack of them.

That was beautiful.

The only problem was that very weird fall in the middle.

I always worry about Marilena's nerves. But if she had any today, they didn't show.

She seems happy enough waiting for her score.

Into 3rd, so she gets a wee "Q".

It disappointing that more people aren't there to support the skaters. Last season the stands were filled for the short program despite the pandemic.

Honestly, I feel kind of bad for Natasha, she's been carrying British women's skating for so long, and now she's the only one of the three women on the podium at Nationals to not have Worlds minimums - And she's not going to get them here either, unfortunately.
