you cant do a 3A as the axel jump in junior women as 2A is mandatory so they have to put it in the combination. Its allowed .

Junior women are required to jump a 2A, so if you want to do a 3A you have to do it as a combination. 3A should be +COMBO and 2A should still receive credit.
