Oh, those things are usually available for anyone on the ISU page.
Men FS conference

Shoma Uno (JPN) 2023 ISU World Champion
I’m just honestly happy about all of this. Both the short and the free skate I did better than what I expected
and especially for the free skate I know there were little mistakes here and there but I was able to put on
the best performance I could do at this moment so I’m really happy. (strength to deliver) Looking back at
my career, I’ve had several similar experiences and there’s always people around and close to me to
support me through the hard times. I had this with injuries, bad condition, in the past it was my family that
was there for me but now there’s Marin, Stephane and coach Demi, all the managers and everyone
involved, I’m really grateful for the support and presence to my team. (the balance) Of course, if I’m the one
watching the performance, I would be attracted to energetic, focused performance that resonates with
people’s hearts. So I understand that’s what the audience would want but I’ve been skating for a long time
and going into competition I really have to control my emotions and sometimes competitions are a source
of stress and sometimes I cannot perform like I trained. I might over think and try to do more than what I
have trained and I might be afraid of these things. I went looked over the Grand Prix Final performance, it
was really good, but I realized it didn't resonate with people’s hearts. That wasn't what I wanted, and I didn’t
know what the right answer was. Do I go for the delivery and the result or be more emotional? BUt I know if
I only focus on the result aspect the past two years was not a mistake, I did the right thing to deliver the
result but as a skater I have to look ahead and see what kind of skater I want to be and that’s what I want to
start thinking about now. (friends off the ice) These two, though I cannot speak much English, whenever we
see each other we greet each other with a smile and there’s no need for language, it’s not like we talked
about a specific topic but I know and I can sense the good character and nature in both of them. I have
enjoyed skating with them on several occasions such as ice shows, and even during this competition,
before the short program, Ilia skated in an earlier group and when I was putting on my boots he came over
and he was concerned about my injury and gave me support. This is a competition and we are competitors
so we are here to compete but figure skating is actually competing with yourself and not others. So these
are great buddies to compete with.

Also quick quotes from after the FS

Shoma Uno (JPN) 2022 World Champion & Olympic bronze medalist
Today’s performance was far from perfect but I put out everything I can do at this moment. There were many shaky jumps today but I’m happy I was able to get a good result despite not being in a good condition these past two weeks. I know I caused a lot of concerns to everyone around me but I was able to pay them back and show my gratitude with my performance today. I know that so many people who’ve supported me and without any of their support, not one piece missing, I couldn’t have pulled off tod ay’s performance. So I am grateful for every one of those who supported me. (on skating at a World Championships at home) Honestly, whenever we have an international competition in Japan I don't do so well, but this is the very first time I was able to ge t a good result so I am very happy about that. Coming into this competition I thought about a lot of things, including the road ahead from here on. I don't know what kind of figure skating I will be doing, but I know this will pave the way for the future. (about his strength to deliver at competition no matter what his condition is) This time, I felt lucky for my free skate, I know if I made one mistake it would lead to many more mistakes, but it’s all about the hard work I put into training every day until today. I always set goals for myself that match my condition, then I don’t have to worry more than necessary. I have trained every day and prepared myself to skate well and perform my best at a big competition so I don’t need to think about anything big rig ht before the competition.

I was getting a little nervous when Sho gave a rather vague answer about his future. My first thought was N0! YOU HAVE A LOT MORE SKATING TO DO! Then Stepen said:

"I became twice world champion and my dream is that he passes me and becomes three time world champion...
I was already listening (regarding new programs next season) to a lot of music and want him to become even stronger."

I just hope this is true. Hopefully, we're all along for the wild ride for as long as it lasts! 🚚 🚛 🚜 🚐 🚙

I thoroughly enjoyed Shoma's programs in this competition. He is the whole package - artistry, athleticism, and utter joy on the ice. He's my all-time favorite Japanese figure skater. I hope he stays in for the whole quad. It will be a wonderful competition between him and Ilia.

I just looked up what German Eurosport has available online concerning Worlds and I actually found the Mens SP.
And by chance as I recorded Shoma, at the very very end of his part, I caught something. On the ISU feed where I always watch live, I rarely hear anything else than commentators or general arena sound.

It's not extremely loud but with good speakers or earphones you can clearly hear:
(grinning) "please fight for the triple toe"
"yes!" (gasping)

 it's such a fun remark by now, even between them

and my daily gallery hunt: ofc loooots of photos to chose from, I tried to stick to only 4

Hopefully Stepen is around for many more years, but I think we know what will be written on his tombstone! PLEASE FIGHT FOR THE TRIPLE TOE. Maybe they could include Sho's little sorry from Worlds 2021.

When Shoma collapsed on the ice…was that a moment or what?

He gave his all and 100% deserves his gold! :points::bow:

Congratulation to our ShoMajesty, twice world champion!!

I was a little nervous because of his ankle injury, and I think we all knew his skating was not at its best... but he managed to score very well anyway and was very intense. He deserved this gold medal!

Loved the support he received from Demi san and Staphane 🥰 they are family.

On a side note: happy for the silver medal going to South Korea, Cha's skating was beautiful and flawless. The whole last group of skaters ( except for Ilia, sorry, not my cup of tea ) did a wonderful job. And in Italy we can also celebrate for the silver medal in ice dance 🥳

So, a wonderful championship.

I hope to see more of Shoma in the future 🤞

I don't know....did he say that he didn't know what kind of skating he would be doing if the result today was different? Can he now go on and compete and not worry about results? He did say the 2nd gold helps him with his path forward, though. Stephane making a comment like that-I hope Shoma was on board. Hard to tell.

They both spoke about "next season" or similar independently from each other. Not too bad :)

I found Gravity from German Eurosport, if you're interested in other commentary? Did subtitles myself.
It's currently on my drive to make it available for watching right away, but I'll move it next month (or as soon as I need space) to Vimeo.

Enjoy!

Reporting from Saitama:

Shoma's gala had watered-down jump content, but was still as deadly as ever. The suit looked stunning! He looked into my general area of the rink during it, and I officially became a dead banana. Help. Shoma was also throwing tennis balls into the audience near my corner of the rink. Unfortunately, they didn't land near me. He can throw a ball pretty deeply into the audience, though...
