Was there a slight almost stumble by Daniel? I am having so much fun watching this I keep forgetting how early in the season it is so the programs aren't ingrained with dancers yet.

Well well. Still at the rink... Gathering my thoughts. Will write a report later... But just here to say that Sandrine and Quentin were so good. They are just out of juniors and they did so well on all fronts.

My biggest disappointment was CP. I was expecting much more as they are the top team here.

Lim and Quan were fun to watch but a bit messy. They have time to develop with no internal competition, meaning less pressure, though they certainly can feel the pressure from other IAM teams. More later as I should get home.

Well guys... A few more "spotted" on my way home.... It was quite a sportive event... saw Shingo and Azuza and... Sat next to an Olympic Champion.... Not in figure skating.

Bruny Surin, from 1996 Atlanta games where he won with Donovan Bailey and crew the 4x100 meter relay. This is uncanny as I was sharing in some thread that I am not into autographs but got two in my life... Bruny was one of them...

Another 160+ skates by both Rose and Lulu to win their respective groups. These two, along with Uliana, Hetty (my fave) are clearly our top 4 Junior Canadian skaters. Kara, Aleksa and Fee Ann are next in line. I wonder who Skate Canada will give the last Junior GP spot to? I kind of think it should go to Aleksa…

Why only last JGP spot? I thought Skate Canada only announced 3 spots so far. Hetty for Thailand, Kara for Austria and Uliana for Japan. Did I miss anything?
