My gosh, little Leon has some stunning jumps. The opening 3Lz was fantastic, complete with delayed rotation.

Oh no, disaster skate for Hugo. He is clearly the best skater here, but jumps didn't behave for him tonight. Will his SP lead be enough for the silver?

Oof. It was his to lose and he lost it. A pity, he's clearly the best right now.

But he looks so... grown up already. I think he's younger than my son who of course is a baby to me. I wonder how tall he is?

Well, Luca takes the gold medal for Bavaria, but the best performance of the competition was Hugo's short. Congrats also to wild jumper Leon for the bronze!

Oh poor Hugo.. let it all out! He was pointing at his boot/foot. I hope it's rather a boot problem than an injury.

His good result here brought Luca at lot closer to Hugo in ranking for Junior Worlds. The sum of his two best internationals plus Nationals is 502,86 compared to Hugo 504,89. The ranking document lists another international (probably Bavarian Open), so it's not decided yet. Arthur Mai is out, he has only done JGP and was not able to compete here because he has a bone edema that doesn't allow him to train a full capacity.

Hocke/Kunkel have withdrawn

Ein Fallschirm gegen Rückenschmerzen

Verletzungsbedingt musste das Berliner Eiskunstlauf-Duo Hocke/Kunkel den Start bei mehreren Events absagen. Im neuen Jahr wollen sie nun schnellstmöglich wieder gemeinsam auf dem Eis stehen. Dabei hilft ein ungewöhnliches Sportgerät.
