I asked people in the arena if they think the risk was worth it, it might be the difference between 10 and 5 place.
Everybody said it was absolutely worth it, even landing on 2 feet, and I can’t agree more!
The crowd went absolutely wild!

Almost certainly not.

Honestly, it's not an innovative move. Been done in shows for decades. And Adam's backflip is nowhere near the best one I've seen.

He doesn't need the gimmicks, as we've just seen.

If it is not enough for the top 5, we are in for an absolutely amazing night of skating - The last time a score of 184 would not have been enough to be in the top 5 was at Worlds in 2017, when quads still had a much higher BV.

It serves him right. If one of the top 3 has a sloppy performance there's a chance it costs him bronze.
