Katalin & Lukas GER skate to James Bond. Her dress is very nice. Their musical selection is rather dreary for Bond. I agree with @elektra blue that this is dystopian Bond. I hope better execution comes with more upbeat music because they are not inspiring me I'm sorry.

understand but now I'm writing this seriously, "like" CSA: my decision is that the Guo/Zhang duo will start in Ankara, and I seriously wonder why not Wuxi does host a pairs event instead of Riga or Ankara. it was known that the Latvians and Turks would not benefit from this, but there will also be Chinese teams in this year's jgp series. and I have min 3 quite good (or a bit bad) teams but only 3 spots...

I'm afraid the lack of JGP spots is China's own fault for boycotting junior worlds. The number of spots are allocated based on placement and attendance at the previous junior worlds. This has limited China to two spots for singles, three for pairs and (I think) either two or three for ice dance (I don't follow ID closely enough to remember).

Sofia & Nikita ISR skate to Umbrellas...she in purple (?). Very strong skaters, evenly matched. Big fall on the throw but nice style. Second throw much better.

It's good to have an Israeli pairs team that aren't so far apart in age, too. I always felt a bit uncomfortable with a man in his 30s partnering 15/16 year old girls.

as a holder there are bonus spots (I think in pairs +1). they could have made great use of this in pairs. now they will probably - as usual - be unfair to their own athletes
