yes

you could grill it then cut it in small pieces add some lettuce, cherry tomatoes, pickles and a few drops of olive oil. easy, quick and tasty. if you have air fryer you could slice it into stripes, season it with oil and salt, cook it for 20 minutes and add it to your salad, it's tastier then grilled

during work yesterday, it was hell... one of my ears plugged... and I tried to unplug it... and all it did is give me a huge buzz sound and some pain... so i stopped....

i slept 9 hours on the opposite side with a bunch of pillows to help draining it... IT WORKED ! I can hear now and there is no more pain...
