The wobbly landings on the jumps are because Ted mentioned the twisties and making the skaters lose their way in the air

Well, junior men...but with this taken into account Kim going for this many quads seems strange. Either it wasn't planned and he was grabbing at straws or planning was for boom or bust, gold or nothing.

Jacob has so much energy that I think he struggles to contain at times. If he can learn to settle down a bit on the harder elements, they are more likely to be successful. He has such quick timing and extroverted style that can be easily disturbed by adrenaline or nerves. Mostly successful and ending with a very big smile. He wins the free and overall making him and Shusuke exactly opposite of my predictions.

I had him in 3rd, but no Japanese gold this stage is better than my completely busted predictions
