I agree, though the GPF matters to them, with the Japanese field as deep as it is the rest till Nationals is what he needs.Maybe it's for the best that Kao doesn't go to the GPF- I really hope he'll go straight to his doctor after this to really assess his injury. GPF is so close to Nationals, and honestly he better take the rest now. There's still time until 2026.

It'd be cool if it was. I have to admit, I'm disappointed he's not bootscootin' I am enjoying this last piece of music though, can I get OLE?!What is this tribute to Rafael Nadal (Yuma's costume).

Yeap, a shiny uterus.Yuma, the imperial cactus crown is not something you want, believe me. also is that an uterus on your back? (i know it's a bull skull, but still)
Probably disappointment and pain combined, he probably pushed himself too far. I'm sure he'll come back at JNats if he rests. It is always upsetting seeing a skater crying after they have had a disappointing skate. But when it is a skater that is as good as we know Kao is, it is all the more heartbreaking.
Noriko-sensei is the bestHe's injured. Kao is still limited as performer and artistic skater. I think the program is fine. He just has growth to do and needs to do it cleanly.
Goodness his facial expression is killing me. At least his coach looks compassionate.
