Yesterday, I went to the market and bought a whole rabbit. I've never cooked it before so I wanted to try it.
At the till, the cashier said " oh no... poor little rabbit" and i was like (wow... she's judging me... ) She said, don't mind me, I have a pet rabbit... I was like meh... and then got home and browse for recipes... anyone with a good rabbit recipe ?

my aunt makes it with tomato sauce and olives, i'm not into rabbit so i'm not sure about all the passages, but being my aunt i'm sure she browns it before adding tomato (she would fry even water if she could)

yup.. that's the classic Italian stew version... I am thinking beer and root veggies... since I have harvested many carrots this weekend with Tallinn and FInlandia.
