After watching Niccolo wobble, then trip, then fall, I would NOT have let him lift me
Really glad they made it through ok.

A beautiful and elegant lady and Niccolo is such a great partner

The FS of Conti/Macii was a mixed bag. The jump combo was great from both, the throw jumps were very good, but the twist looked shaky and Nicola fell on 3S and had a shaky moment in one transition right at the start of the program. I've seen them doing better but the score for the FS should be high even with those mistakes. I find their music overused in Figure Skating, there are many other songs that evoke a similar mood that I have never seen used but they could be.
