A bit slow and cautious to my eye but he got it all done

It's definitely mine! And yes I also need him to pull a Kao(ri) and do both Benoit programs for next season - his style suits Kao without making Kao look like a copy of other skaters using Benoit choreo. It might be my favourite men's short of the year.
Oof, I really did not want to be right about him still struggling with injury. I agree about the program and also hope he takes care of himself.20. 三浦 佳生 Kao Miura (Oriental Bio / Meiji University)

Apparently Kao left practices early today with some sort of foot issue - he really is so dynamic and exciting and incredible when he is totally clean. I do hope that he is taking proper care of his body so that he can be at 100% for the Olympics next year. I really love this program, it feels like a perfect fit for his skating style and I wouldn't be mad if he repeated it for next season. It might be my favourite men's short of the year.

I had him in my predictions unfortunately. It is important to learn how not to panic when the first jump goes awry or else you end up with a second jump problem (single axel). He will learn from this and grow.21. 壷井 達也 Tatsuya Tsuboi (Sysmex)

Oh no, a bit of a disaster skate for Tatsuya - he had an outside shot at some assignments with his GP medal, and I wonder if the pressure just got to him a bit today. He did well to recover with a really lovely combo, and kept on pushing his PCS marks in the steps.
