2025 World Championships Men's Free Skate

USFSA should just let Malinin and Brown skip Nationals next season and just give them both an automatic bye to the Olympics.
USFS has clear criteria to be followed when selecting skaters to major championships.

Wow so many quads - I am exhausted watching. Congratulations to the winners pushing new boundaries, for Yuma and Jason for carrying the banner for style while still skating at a high level overall and the the rebounds from Adam and Kevin. For all those who secured spots for the their nations. Goodnight all!

a skater doesn’t get docked because they didn’t complete a jump on the lineup. He completed a double flip.
You're missing the point--that's not what I was talking about. Another poster was complaining that Ilya's high PCS was excessive. (I actually agree with this poster on that point). What I was saying above that it doesn't really matter when Ilya has so much of a TES advantage, even if the judges gave Ilya PCS equivalent to Shaidorov (82.5), his total score would still be well into 1st place. And Ilya certainly deserves more PCS than Shaidorov based on what each put on the ice tonight.

US what to do about Andrew. Last Worlds he was 21st and now 22nd. He's trending down. Is it a buy a hold or a sell? Please next year Jimmy or an upcoming Jr.
I really think we need to look at Jacob and Lucas. Both of them have great potential and quite frankly they seem do better under pressure than most of the rest If I was putting money on who might be the one I would put it on Jacob because he is clearly our future.
PS Jason needs to start making plans for a trip to Italy next February because he just got a ticket to go to his 3rd games and thIs time USFS put him in the team event for another medal.
