My goodness! So few nominees. What were the girls doing right this season?!

Mind you, although I was the one that mentioned her, I wouldnt have had Glafira Uspenska as a nominee. Apologies if I'm wrong, but I think you meant to put Julija Lovrenčič in.

As the costumes are of a similar idea, I was just using Glafira to illustrate that Julija's costume isn't that unusual. To be blunt, Glafira's costume isn't WTF. There was a far better example I could have used that went even further than Julija, but that skater is much younger and it didn't seem right to bring somebody of that age into this discussion. So, I opted to instead use the skater that has been age eligible for Juniors for a while.

Trust me, I saw a lot more costumes in the very young categories that are definitely WTF, so much so that they would probably win the award hands down. But, I didn't mention them because of the age of the skaters.

I did laugh when I saw that you used the "Cylon" description in your post. That was just my interpretation of these costumes. I have no idea what they were supposed to be.

You can"t go wrong with Audrey Hepburn.

As for the LP., I think it was the color that was the culprit.

But what's so terrible about Elena Radionova's Titanic dress? The red sash?

I thought Isabeau's FS dress was totally appropriate for the music. My only issue with her dresses is they're usually too long IMO.
