Well, if we are classing Cylon costumes as WTF, then another one is the SP costume from Glafira USPENSKA (LAT).

Just to make clear, this was another costume that I actually liked!

Can't find any photos or individual videos, but here she is within the Volvo Open Cup Day 3 livestream:

Somewhat appropriately, the club Glafira belongs to, Jelgavas Ledus Sporta Skola, has a moose head as it's logo...

So, there's no getting away from it!

it doesn't stand out enough, it's just a weird detail on a plain ugly shirt. maybe my fellow judges have other ideas though.

Sonja Hilmer as the viking woman! Oh my! I wish she could climb up the ranks with her creativity (not just in costume, in choreography too with rotation to two sides). Creativity and hair. I support that notion!
