It reminds me of a tent rainfly, except rainflys are usually light-colored, to keep the tent from getting too hot.

special commitment award goes to Piper Gillies and Paul Poirier, for getting two nominations on both RD and FD but especially for the idea of changing RD costumes at (almost) every competition. this is how you do it, kids.
mention of (dis)honor to Arlet Levandi for his creature from the deep costume and to Patrick Blackwel for his Dark Cactus Knight costume.

I'm chuckling fondly at Litvintsev's outrageous Lion King costume pictured on the first page of the thread. I was entertained, and I still am.
This makes no sense to me, because Urmanov's slightly-less-ridiculous Olympic long costume fills me with rage at the mere memory.
Urmanov really deserves a lifetime achievement award, now that I think of it.
