That's cherry blossom/flower, 櫻 means cherry tree and 花 means flower/blossom. In Japanese kanji 桜 is more widely used instead of 櫻 but it means the same thing. Japanese reading can be insane because you never know which yomi(way of reading) you're gonna get but 櫻花 I'd read as sakura-hana, literally cherry flowerOh, sorry.
