Were the Chinese team a lot better than all the others so far, or is there some home cooking going on? I have only seen from the second half of the Cyrpriot programme onwards.

Felt like a mix of home cooking and reputation bonus IMO. I don't even necessarily think them being in first is wrong, just not by that margin.

This just shows how different our time zones really are! I have just woken up for the day. Given that we watch a lot of skating together, there doesn't normally seem to be such a difference.

Not quite... save the aerial shots for other sports. We need to see the edges for singles and pairs too, not just ice dance!

Yes, I am a night owl. I can't dispute that! It is very unusual for me to be awake already at 6:30am, like I am now - but I did wake up naturally rather than using an alarm clock.

i have a very important work meeting tomorrow at 11am... So i just put my alarm on.. at least if i pass out while watching this, I will wake up in time for my meeting

I'm going to try my hardest to hang in there because I won't be able to sleep peacefully otherwise! I love Saulison and want only good things for them

Kind of you to think of me. This Chinese time zone is perfect for me. But many events have moved to Europe and 3:30 am start time for me. I am happy for my GS friends in compatible time zones. A bit more sleep/awake challenging for me. .

No, you are wrong here. She is an absolute stickler, and she does not care. People don't like it when she's the caller at US Nats because she's just as brutal there, and of course that's not the vibe USFSA wants (apparently). Everyone is called consistently to her very high standards.

One edge some US teams have with Judy is that they call her in to critique before a key competition. They know what they need to fix, and some actually will fix a problem.

They got a level 2 on the Pattern Step. It makes a difference because there are a lot of points available in the PS. Other teams level 1 or even basic. Plus W&L were on the beat-most have not been.


My internet bit the dust so I am watching on my phone and will only be commenting during ice remakes until it is fixed.
