I love the songs, but I don't love the re-mixes they are using. (Big fan of Jennifer Lopez's music here).

And a bit of Anastacia thrown in at the end to confuse us.

Holly in the national colours (green and gold). Jason all in black (so many guys wearing all black here!)

I have always liked these two.

They go into the lead!

I may have put them on the podium in my predictions, but I wasn't expecting them to be at the top with one to go.

Yes not offically! I assume they are very surprised and happy. I expected them to do well, but not so much in the RD, as the FD has always been their strong side. I think Judy Blumberg at the panel calling the right levels for the teams is one of the reasons. If you look at the judging panel you should think they were having disadvantage

Uff, they can breathe now and me too. I felt so bad fot them at worlds. I'm not sold with this program but I don't know if I like any of this pseudo 90s cringe so whatever. They can go to the free skate relaxed and just do their job.
I love Mark, he is so invested and emotional for the skaters.

I was going to say that Allison REED / Saulius AMBRULEVICIUS (LTU) are like the postman - they never fail to deliver. But, the postal service is so unreliable nowadays. These two are not.

Both wearing all black. But, that neckline for Saulius was verging on the obscene. Allison could have lent him some of her material!

They deservedly go into the lead.

So after the RD, things look as expected. Not necessarily in terms of exact placements, but in terms of the general field, with R/A being well in the lead and H/C being in second by a good amount over third, and then the next 4 teams being bunched very closely together (less than 2 points from 3rd to 6th).
