The program is choppy and it makes her skating look choppy, and the costume is for Halloween not for Olympics. I think they should change and give her lyrical programme.

PCS should be 34-35 if they're being honest. That step sequence wow. We don't see that in ISU skating.

I think it´s okay with UR and q on the combo. She lost 3-4 points on the TES and would have hit 60s if it was clean. I could see it in the landing so I don´t think it´s unfair (as long as they call others)

Okay, that makes sense. I have my own mixed feelings and opinions about the AIN situation in general, and I'm sure so does each of the judges, but regardless of all that these skaters have done what's been asked of them and ought to be judged on what they're actually doing on the ice, not geopolitics.

Hope they both enjoy the event no matter what happens scoring-wise.

Oof. 57. Was it really that low-scoring of a skate?

Scores were low in ice dance and pairs too. The judges were being strict but fair in those. I don't have an issue if it is the same here.

3Lz was wonky on the landing but rotated.

That was a great senior international debut skate from Adeliia. Lots of transitions throughout; fan spiral into 2A, arabesque spiral into a 3Lz, how she held the landing I don't know. Wow on the apparent size of the 3F‑3T. Good illusion turn in the step sequence, followed by falling leaf, really dynamic step sequence, rapid knee slide. She has good spins and great flexibility. Over 10 points in the lead right now.

31-32 PCS is definitely good enough for an Olympic win if her higher TECH is executed even just at standard. We take those. She can push 33/34 with the reputation and a cleaner skate, especially with a better program too if that happens.
