With Miyake, Yamashita and Hilmer, they aren't included since they weren't on the SB 75 for 24-25. They would have needed to win to get on the list for this season.
With Kinoshita, they did update Lauriault/Le Gac so they are now at the top of the list. Given that it was also a skate off for the Skate Canada TBD, I hope that they wait a bit before naming them in case a spot opens up.
If I recall correctly, it was something like that...At first I thought they haven't updated after Kinoshita Group Cup, but Hiwatashi's score is updated from that event, no one else.
Or, could it be that they only update skaters that are already in the Top 75??That would explain why Miyake, Yamashita and Hilmer is missing.
I do find this interesting, the US assignments grid still has the men's spot and the pairs' spot as TBD. The dance spot is in the grid, and USFS socials are promoting it.
I wish SC would have waited to formally announce. L/L were first on the replacement list.
Assigning Shin/Nagy took them off the official alternates list since they have two assignments now. I would hope that they'd take that into consideration if they are placeholders.
That's a good point, even if they were unlikely to get a second one that way.

Coming back to this, Kapeikis mentioned at Nebelhorn that he's hoping to get the TBD spots at Skate America. So his spot isn't confirmed yet.
