Too bad for Anna G - she is so talented and has such neat skating.
I don't think this program shows the best qualities of her skating. She should be a pcs queen.

Well done Anna... she looks so frustrated with how she skated the jumps she landed clean were gorgeous though!! landing the 3lo just after struggling on it... bittersweet

How Anna always manages to hang on to these impossible landings is crazy. Shame about the mistake because everything else was much better than at her last competition and she certainly could have gotten a big score here. Maybe the rest was better because she had the mistake, she seems like the type of skater to "lock in" after an error.

Rather than the loop I'm more concerned with her spins - she seemed to struggle with all 3 of them....

Earlier this week, I was sitting on the bus behind someone who was watching old Whitney Houston videos followed by a live Kenny G. performance. I expect that combo will be used in skating next year, but how refreshing to hear unadulterated Whitney. Thank you Phattaratida!
