What a fun program, I love that the Kovalevs have embraced fun and quirky programs! There were some difficulties with the SBS jumps and throws but they were performing throughout and I really appreciated how the elements flowed into each other.

also Chris the Kovalevs are first alternates for the Olympics and the Uzbeki pair have allegedly split so they unofficially have a berth for the Games outside of the Team Event

I haven't yet. I was wondering about them earlier. I'm not sure I would recognise them if they had new coats, though.

These skaters are not skating like it’s the Olympic season.

That fall on the throw was too much after the messy SBS, but I enjoy the program and they have really nice pair elements in spite of being close in height.

Camille and Pavel FS, was a mix of suspense because was ok and later was like improving more , was like ones that is slow but suddenly become interesting

You would have thought qualifying for Olympics by sheer luck would give Kovalevs a boost in confidence, but nope. It's the same mess as always. The one time I believed in them in my predictions... also will never do it again.
