2025 Cup of China Rhythm Dance

Oooh the music of my childhood

I'm a couple of years older than you, and I would be embarassed to admit that this type of music was from my childhood. For me, the 90's was Take That, Boyzone, the Spice Girls, All Saints. That sort of music. Not the techno music that the Chinese Dancers have gone for.

Erm, what's the craic with the burger hat, Linghao?

What can I say, I played handball as a kid and this was the kind of music played at tournaments. At home on the radio there were all of the bands you mentioned too 😁 and me and my best friend were Backstreet Boys fans in 3rd grade 😁

You were just too cool! ;)

By the way, you should check out the video I linked to in my first post after I arrived in this thread.

Ummm let's not dump on other people's childhood tastes (I cannot stand the ones you mention, and have to avoid the Brits for that reason) or for that matter other culture's - Asian styles of pop music are not our own and that's OK.

Fun Men in Black dance from Hannah and Ye especially with Ye getting to step out with the nimble dance moves! Like the sleek costumes especially Hannah's.

Well, the opening group started and ended in style.

Oh, sorry, I can't count. Thought there was four partnerships in this group, not five.

Not sure about the middle song, though.

Wow! Hannah LIM / Ye QUAN (KOR) go into a lead of exactly 11 points!
