I'm sure I will get raked for this... But really don't care for Piper and Paul's costume. Much preferred Pail as the tortured artist in the last Vincent. And her dress is just too much on point (or on painting as the case may be)

Umbrellas is set in the 60s (Algerian War).
I think they are going for generic military uniform, not tied to any specific period

I am not a fan of the dress either. Solid purple would've been better - why the green?

Love Piper's dress. It is gorgeous and fits beautifully. Paul has a simple blue shirt and black pants.
