Daiwei. Nice outfit and program. A couple mistakes, but still a decent skate.

He's the closest thing China currently has to Han Yan, you know he's got those strong skating skills. It was strange to see a skater going for a quad and a planned 2A in the SP. I remember Lambiel sometimes doing it as 3A wasn't his very reliable jump.

yes - this is the best costume he's had. the first version looked like rags sewn together. So rags to riches.

Love that for Tatsuya! That first jump was a rough mistake, but everything else was really lovely, especially that 3A and that incredible ina bauer.

That splat on possibly even downgraded to a triple quad from Tsuboi was ugly. He did really well afterwards though nailing a difficult 4S-3T combo

The first group always has the developing talent and their backup skaters for their countries. Tatsuya is developing nicely and getting a chance to skate among the best and get used to the GP environment.
