2025 Skate America Men's Free Skate

Mostly clean but underwhelming here. I still think that either Jacob or Max should gotten this spot. The USFS switched out the pairs late why not do it for the men's is beyond me.

Because at that point they had named Liam on social media and it is not a good idea to start switching out skaters last minute. They shouldn't have switched out Pairs late and Liam rightfully kept his spot here.

That shirt says he wants to dress up but isn't quite ready for the full on sparkly splendour . I like it, but it doesn't stand out.

The quads were not working for Nikolaj in practice today, and that carried over into this program, but this was still a pretty strong skate by his standards. This program is very effective when he skates well, he has a lot of energy and so much performance in the step sequence and choreo sequence. His spins also were a lot better today, they were much faster than in the short program.
