Well, imo C/B had it today. They've upped their speed and coverage a little bit, but also they have really brought the intensity and detail of every moment, even more than 2 weeks ago. They are bringing it.

A lot of 2 foot skating with random arm movements. Nothing really difficult/cool. Not that it should matter in GOE if the rules are being followed, but it's easy for a judge to give high GOE when there is some sort of insane trick etc.Piper and Paul had the lowest score of all 6vteams on Choreographic Rhythm sequence, which most believe is one of the best. Can anyone explain?
Why would Canadians cheat in favor of the Americans?it is hilarious how canadian, american , british judges cheated with scores , as always lowering down points to the french, but french didnt and put americans first in TES.
British judge has no shame , it is too obvious, man.
because they want americans getting gold?? canada is north america after allWhy would Canadians cheat in favor of the Americans?
and Laurence is Canadian. if anything, the Canadian judges, if they were cheating, would favour 1) their own, 2) the French and finally, let's not get into politics but there is not much love from Canada going south at this moment... quite the opposite.because they want americans getting gold?? canada is north america after all
they were always against french anyway
the fight for gold is between americans and french, canadian putting Piper and Paul first would embarrass herself. And she favoured their own skaters, she put GP above French even in components, lol so she FAVOURED their own AND helped americans in the same timeand Laurence is Canadian. if anything, the Canadian judges, if they were cheating, would favour 1) their own, 2) the French and finally, let's not get into politics but there is not much love from Canada going south at this moment... quite the opposite.
So then, the Canadian judge can simply judge the way they see it ? There is no North American love in figure skating. One of the biggest rivalry in ice dance, V/M D/W opposed Canada and USA. So no, they are not going to give Bock more points because they don't like the French.the fight for gold is between americans and french, canadian putting Piper and Paul first would embarrass herself
doesnt matter Laurence is canadian, she skates for france ,jesus
I think the Canadian judge secretly hoped that FBC were the threat to G/P silver. So then, the Canadian judge can simply judge the way they see it ? There is no North American love in figure skating. One of the biggest rivalry in ice dance, V/M D/W opposed Canada and USA. So no, they are not going to give Bock more points because they don't like the French.
Also, you are underestimating the fact that judges do see skaters grow over the years in the domestic ranks. And it's only human to remember how much a judge would appreciate a skater who represented their own country for many years.... A Canadian judge wouldn't suddenly forget skills they have rewarded and recognized for many years just because of a change of flag.
I understand you have you are behind FBC... I actually also prefer them to the Americans, but to suggest that the Canadian judge would favour the Americans over FBC because they are cheating is ridiculous. If the Canadian judge put the Americans first, it's because the Canadian judge thought they should be in first. And sometimes, the Canadian judges have put the American first, over the Canadians. You'd be surprised at how many times this has happened, to the dismay of Canadian skating fans![]()
There is no "North American" affinity between Canada and the US.because they want americans getting gold?? canada is north america after all
they were always against french anyway
they see it always one way..giving americans 5+ for FLAT, SLOW midline step sequence meanwhile french got 3+, thats a choice. So then, the Canadian judge can simply judge the way they see it ? There is no North American love in figure skating. One of the biggest rivalry in ice dance, V/M D/W opposed Canada and USA.
