I did not like this program. The whole thing felt very slow, and not in a good way.

( Also, I love this song and didn't like how they played around the tempo)

Cui/Rogers should definitely be a team of the future. They are fantastic! They were a lot faster and smoother than the Shibutanis.

There is more sound interference - don't know if it is one of the hosts mikes or security phones cross-talking into the sound system

They have the same expressions they had after disappointing mistakes during the Grand Prix. They both know that a score of 71 is not enough.

throughout the season, I've heard a few comments about the comeback of the Shib Sibs, but I was of the mind that after their time away, they wouldn't just be given podium positions, it would be just like starting over again.

I'm not sure what they thought, but I really doubted they would get high scores, unless they really outskated everyone.

It’s really not a good sign that the Shibutanis were scoring better internationally during the GP with mistakes than for this Nationals RD where they need to be getting Nationals inflation scoring. Their dream of returning to the Olympics is essentially over now.

Even the usually positive Ben Agosto stated on air that they are no longer a great team. Ouch!

I agree with everything Ben is saying. I watched all of the practices. Bratti & Somerville did make a lot of changes and it works - also she looks like Marina Klimova with that hairdo. The Peals dance is great, Eva & Logan are fun but coming after the Peals is not a good thing.

Here’s hoping that both Bratti/Somerville and the Browns can harness all of their speed and power. They need to control their deep edges.

The Peals should take the lead from the Shibs, but will the judging panel have the integrity to do that?

That program is quite the workout - very impressive. I loved it and that is really not my taste
