I was just about to ask about this because I thought I was trippin. So I’m not trippin so I’ll sound off later. But yes, this is just beyond stupid. What a stupid schedule: 3 pairs, followed by group 1 of women.![]()

I hate that they do this, really seems disrespectful to the early groups, makes them seem like an afterthoughtI was just about to ask about this because I thought I was trippin. So I’m not trippin so I’ll sound off later. But yes, this is just beyond stupid.
The Japanese feed isn't showing it, it's not showing until 7:30 am JST according to my feed's time schedule...I'm guessing that's only for the final pairs group and the final women's group. I really should have checked the times on the JSports website against the official event start times. Is it that the Japanese feed isn't airing it, or that the qq stream isn't showing it? I have only the qq stream available to me. It is airing the men's short program from yesterday. Disappointing either way--I only hope they 'bother' to show groups 2 and 3 of both the Pairs and Women's later.![]()
Its truly disrespectful. All these skaters worked hard to be at Nationals.I hate that they do this, really seems disrespectful to the early groups, makes them seem like an afterthought
I am eating Milano cookies...they are good for my nerves - double chocolate
yes! They connected! Must have been difficult, but so praiseworthy.Chan/Howe. Great outfits and a really nice program. After the first couple of elements, they relaxed and connected. Beautiful skate.![]()

Peacock is replaying it right now. Maybe your usual source is also replaying it?Well i didn't even see C/H skate just now because of this idiotic schedule so i totally forgot that Pairs started at noon.
Yes i found it on Peacock it's just irritating not seeing the skating live because of this dumbass schedule so it's easy to forget when the skating is on.Peacock is replaying it right now. Maybe your usual source is also replaying it?
I'm glad you found it and got to see it. Emily and Spencer deserve all the views, after how they skated the last half of Ghost.Yes i found it on Peacock it's just irritating not seeing the skating live because of this dumbass schedule so it's easy to forget when the skating is on.
Spencer has completed his US Army basic training and plans to become a military chaplain so they are likely done after this season. He is also a member of the US Army program for Olympians of exceptional ability. I'm sure they were expecting to finish at Olympics, 4CC or maybe Worlds we will see how tonight turns out. Either way they look likely to be done soon.Only managed to catch Chan & Howe from this group. Darn. I keep looking at them and think of what could (should) have been. Always the nemesis -- the jumps and / or throws. I hope they will find the strength and courage to continue skating together. I'm not ready to give up on them!!!!![]()
They don’t have to show them all. They should have them at the same time.I'll say it again. There aren't enough prime time hours to show all the skates. Maybe they're doing the best they can.
And again ... in 2019, when Ashley & Tim won nationals for the first time, all the pairs competed in the early afternoon.
They might go to 4CCs. Lots of Olympians turn it down.Spencer has completed his US Army basic training and plans to become a military chaplain so they are likely done after this season. Does Jsports archive their stream?I don't know if anyone is interested, but for reference's sake,
commentator for JSports pairs broadcast is Yukiko Okabe.
