Love to see Gogolev skate so well after such early promise. But the Rachmaninoff is a sad/wrong choice of music for the footwork, especially after Mao's footwork towards the end of her redeeming LP. Does not have the same Oomph.

The opening measures of Rach 2 are just some of the most beautiful moments in classical music. Perfect for helping him settle his nerves. Here we go

Steven has really improved choreographically, nice moves into the Triple axle triple Salchow.
I actually feel like I've seen a ton of improvement in terms of his investment in his music and programming since Nationals.

Triple I missed - I'm guessing a lutz?
Clean 3 loop to end.
A little tight on some jump Landings but only one real error with the step out on the quad toe.
Cloud clapping along - to me that suggests that they are buying into his program which is nice to see. At the beginning of the Season it was just programmed choreography, but I feel like he has been selling it better than usual.
Good for him. I always used to be terrified he was going to pop his jumps the last couple years, but he is becoming so dependable now. Hopefully he ups his quad amount to four next year.
