OMG Andrew just skated his best program ever. It looks as though the Bad Andrew didn't make the plane over?

What just happened there? He looked completely lost on ice today, not really knowing what to do. Very nervous, shaky with a lot of quality issues. Did he change the program last minute or sth? He may not get Q at the moment.
