Sorry for party pooping

;) Just kidding, you're not party pooping, but I couldn't pass up that opportunity so use that gif!

Her 3A is great quality, you're desperate trying to denigrate it. She obviously could add a 2T to it if she really wanted to, but going for two 3A in the LP presents a stamina concern and significant setup time, so it makes sense that she only goes for 1.
Her 3A is amazing, high as shit and consistent. One of the best in women's field.

But if you want to add a combo onto jumps you have to control the landing, and she does not, its not easy with this Axel technique.

No need to get sour I am only speaking about technicalities.

Though I don't love this answer - Jia's still up and coming, she hasn't built much momentum this season. Sometimes that's just how judges operate
Jia is 4-time Junior Worlds silver medalist

The disgusting new age rule strikes again. Absolutely ridiculous that someone has to stay in Juniors that long. She should've been able to compete Senior already at 2024 Worlds. She was 16 years old at the time of that competition.

I know, right? It’s like Mao’s 3A and Liza’s 3A had a baby that took the best out of their parents. Elegant and gracious, with big height and ice coverage and no rotation issues. It is also visually pleasing, it looks elegant and not at all forced or muscled. I can’t believe people are criticising it.

Yes, she would have to do a 3A+2T, 3A and then her 3F+3T which is her least stable combo, so it might not work stamina wise.

Is anyone in the UK watching Hockey Finals between Canada and USA, if not just to see if they'll go to FS?

Isn't Women's event supposed to be highest rated for Olympics? I give up. :bang:🏳️🏳️🏳️

does Simon speak japanese btw?

Catch yourself on. It was pre-recorded, and he's reading a transcript off a piece of paper.

Well, I assume he is.

They showed a feature about Isabeau there now, and she came across as a really lovely young girl. (And @Jeanie19 - she's a big Zhenya fan!)

But, when Simon was linking to it, he called her "Isabelle". And then he did it again when she was doing her walk-in.

Got it right when it was her turn to be featured during the Warm-Up

She also simply doesn't need it. She's one of the few who has a big jump element in the field at all! So why try to psych herself out.
