So it seems like Yuzuru and Mao are really the King and the Queen of the Single Skating Twizzles, aren't they?

Patrick. I only chose one program. There are many more.

What I like from Patrick is how he integrates them at fast speed.

Here , twizzles, into a butterfly, change of direction for other twizzles. No speed lost and he keeps going forever with that step sequence.
Truly the best at step sequences.

I have an odd relationship with them, I loooove a beautiful twizzle in singles skating but cringe when it's done by side - just a personal quirk in that they look arch and artificial to me (the often fixed smiles do not help).

I remember Polina Edmunds. I did not find competition but I remember when she was at Finlandia Trophy and I liked her style. She has quite many twizzle videos from practice. There is plenty of in her ig and I found also one youtube video.

I remember.. when she was a fairly young skater, she and ice dancer Charlie White had a “twizzle-off” and she won…so cute!
This is a very recent video of her skate at a show for the Skating Club of San Francisco… really lovely. She did a single axel and a double axel, beautiful spins, many twizzles and a beautiful l-o-n-g spiral.. also one of the loveliest dresses I have seen in a long time
