Latest issue of Kateigaho brings not just the interview we talked so much about but also a set of new and great photos taken when Yuzu was skating to a song by Ms Green Apple he selected himslef for the photoshoot. Personally I really love the pics and the new white outfit.

I do like the outfit, but like everything with him, I wonder if it would suit anybody else...

Some detective fans chased it online and found it was probably a piece by Rick Owens so it seems some people might have actually worn it :)
FYI 25SS in the item description stands for "Spring/Summer 2025 " collection, it is not a price :)

I had seen this picture but I had assumed that it was just an inspiration, or a common inspiration, I may have been wrong. Of course, professional models are rarely nice to watch nowadays.

Oh, I don't know then, I'm not sure eiher.
And of course Yuzu looks usually so much better than professional models, but that's obvious, his range of movements and body awareness is of a completely different league, or even universe, whether on ice or on floor, while his looks and figure are simply made for camera and modelling. No competition here, really.
 
And the collaboration we have been talking about for years and years has been announced, Yuzuru and Disney Japan releasing a merchandise collection for the 100th anniversary of Winnie the Pooh!

This quote indicates that it was Disney who approached Yuzu for the collaboration...

He has also talked in other quotes (being posted as part of the reaction to this news) how much he appreciates and loves the Pooh rains...
 
The traditional streamers for the Zuihoden (where Date Masamune, first lord of Sendai, is enshrined) are based in Yuzu's costume for Haru yo Koi and will be on display from August 6 to 8, during Sendai Tanabata Festival

Oh, yes! These streamers are usually so beautiful...
I wonder if it happens often that they are styled after some celebrity costumes... I know there are often styled after Yuzuru's costumes in Sendai but wonder how ordinary / unique it is in general ... I admit I do not know much about this tradition (:
 
It's August only and we have the first 2027 Yuzu calendar announced, and in two versions with two sets of different pics, they say!! Lovely serene pics, and.... not just headphones, right, but also glasses, mind you, guys, glasses :rock: :nana: :tantrum: :rock:

Oh lord this is just the first of what will be many, and I want both versions.........

I may have to give out some heavy hints for people looking for Xmas ideas :rock:

Yuzuru revisited Wajima in Noto Penninsula, reconnected with the three ladies from Wajima Morning Market he had met on one of his earlier visits there, met still new survivors, and more. Very interesting and very moving episode, as always with Yuzu.
And a nice detail - you can see the survivor ladies from Wajima wearing the T-shirts from the Challenge charity show for Noto :clap::rock:
