Ежегодные контрольные прокаты сборной России стартовали в Новогорске. Знакомство судей и экспертов с новыми программами началось с ритмических танцев юниорских дуэтов. На лед вышли сильнейшие пары страны, в числе которых Мария Фефелова — Артем Валов и Зоя Пестова — Сергей Лагутов.

it was supposed to be a tribute to Fellini (the whole movie should be one) but it sounds ore like a collection of stereotypes. i understand though it's purpose is to be entertaining

Difficult to say, Fefelova/Valov must be strong internationally.

Hmm, with rhythm dances I liked the most the programs where waltz was at least somewhat recognizable. I didn’t really expect it to be this masked. I liked bits and pieces of some programs, Sheptalina/Pekin's the most, I think. A bit disappointed with Bilibina/Kashaev's material. Really liked Pestova/Lagutov and Slutzkaya/Goncharov so far, and the team from Perm' deserves props for their innovative choice of music.
