Well, her name is Sofia Biryukova and she is one of the young Russian starlet hopes for Sochi. She was second at one of JGP events this year but did not have enough events to qualify for the final. She is trained by Viktoria Volchkova.

Sorry oxade21, scores of Biryukova doesn't add up. similarly where is the bonus points awarded to Makarova (i know this is how the scores were appearing on the screen), or the bonus point are warded only to 3+3 with Lutz and Flip as the first jump.

Polina and her coach decided to skate on junior competitions this season, she is not elidgible for senior international competitions anyway, so it's better to prepare for Junior Worlds

Was in a hurry to get results page out there for everyone. Am in U.S., so streaming sites that once worked have given up showing things to U.S. because of complaints about copyright. Every season streaming gets lost that worked in the previous season. Because of this, results page is extremely desirable for those in the U.S. We are forbidden to watch anything except what USFS decides to allow, which is getting to mean only that which is shown on TV by NBC. Most figure skating is now only available to those who are willing to risk identity theft by putting their credit card numbers online. There is no provision for paying USFS's fee in any other way. Sic transit gloria mundi.

It's Nationals. I'm taking all the scores with a huge pinch of salt, same for the other nations. (The last time we saw a 45 in CDs internationally was N/K years back).

Is this the first time we're seeing scores of 100+ for Men's SP?
