What is the name of the first piece of music that Pechalat & Bourzat used for the Circus FD? I know that I know it but I can't place it. Slowish, lilting, movie theme (?).

I went and listened to the music, and alas, I can't place it. It does sound like something that might come from a Fellini movie, though, doesn't it.
But then, I'm slow...just the other day I heard the music that comes at the beginning of Michelle Kwan's Black Swan program. (And you know how long ago that was!) Because the main body of the program was Dvorak's Dumky Trio, I assumed the first section was also Dvorak. Not so! It turns out to be a piece actually called "Song of the Black Swan," by the Brazilian composer Villa-Lobos.
Not that this answers your question, Tinymavy, but since I felt bad not being able to leave a fact here, I substituted another one. Maybe someone else will be better informed than I.
