But of course they are demanding! He needs to build his stamina from scratch. He can't simply get to sleep and be fresh as just squeezed orange juice after the summer busy like that!(Maybe his new SP and LP are much more physically demanding than he thought it would be? Apparently Yuzu needs to build more strength and during post-Olympic time he didn't have good rest at all.)
I am with you, if I'd go to an event and my personal star would not present- I'd feel the same. But- you can spend some quality time sightseeing. And maybe build a phylosophical mood watching others trying to reach Yuzu's level. (Here should come an evil grin, hehe).I might have to clarify: I'm crying because I'm actually going to Finlandia. (Did I mention the part about me being selfish?)

JSF just annouced Yuzu's withdraw from Finlandia due to "Myofascial low back pain". He felt painful during training. He submitted to the federation the withdraw notice and medical certificate on September 17.

From Yahoo! Sports JP (Source: Sankei Sports) (in Japanese, my (poor) English translation follows):
Hanyuu to miss his first event this season, injures back during practice
It has been reported (understood) that Sochi Olympics Men's Figure Skating Gold Medalist Yuzuru Hanyuu (19, ANA Skating Club) will be missing out on his first event of this season this October (Finlandia Trophy).
According to JSF's chairman (?) Hidehito Ito (52), Hanyuu has incurred a myofascial lower back pain, and has submitted his notice of withdrawal (refusal) together with a medical certificate last 17 September. Furthermore he said that this will not affect Hanyuu's appearance at the Grand Prix Series' 3rd Cup of China in November.
No X-ray or something like that? Since I don't know much about injuries and the treatment, but I guess there is more than just massage when it comes to low back pain.So some reports are saying he has Myofascial low back pain.
I think that means more time for acupuncture, massage therapy, injections (if needed) and so on. The more time he takes for recovery- the better it treats. And maybe he should let builman spins go?
What is that? I don't know what that means, sorry. No X-quang or something like that?
That is so true. But back problems are very serious, he should take good care of it.I'm pretty relieved to know Yuzu's ankles and knees are safe!!!!!![]()

Really?OMG.....I know he had back injured while in JR....was it the old problem...?
Never heard of it.
X-ray, sorry. I have just done some reasearch as well. It seems myofascial pain is chronic but it's in his muscle and massage is the popular treatment. But sometimes they have to do surgery in severe case as well (to inject pain killer)What is that? I don't know what that means, sorry.
I just went to internet for the treatment usually applied for that diagnosys they reported.
