It is going to be weird having Italy down to one pairs spot for next season, but perhaps it's all they need (depending on whether Conti and Macii continue).

Looking forward to this - and what a start from Martin and Anna - really hope they continue together - I think they have so much potential - their skating is beautiful - gorgeous lines.

Here to cheer on Ana and Luke (GB) most of all. Hope they have a great skate.

I had a fright last night that Ana and Luke hadn't qualified - I looked at the results from 11-20 and didn't see them!! Then I looked at who hadn't qualified, and saw the Dutch pair. Really didn't expect to find Ana and Luke in 9th!

Well done! I'm so happy they finally put together a solid performance. This team has so much potential. Their elements are great, I love their throws. I prefered them over Gabbie and Luc, they skate more like a pair, their program had more intricacy and some realy cool transitions.

Anna and Martin: hard to explain how happy they are, he wants to watch their program to see how it looked. She coudn't hear herself scream at the end

Ilia: he put a lot on himself, so today he just wanted tto have fun, hopes to keep this mindset for the future

I know this is pairs,so that is why they show interviews for the other disciplines.

I'm sure there's a technical reason why there's always an ice resurfacing after the first group, but no one's ever really explained it to me. It always looks a tad insulting: "We'll let the first ones give it a test run, and then we'll know where we need to improve it for the better skaters."

I think the main idea is that the last two groups - and therefore the medal contenders - can skate without major interruption. So with five groups the resurfacing takes place after the first and the third group.
