Maybe I'm a little slow today...I'm not sure what she's trying to say? Google Translate is useless for Japanese for me...something about his hairline?

It's an old picture, so she's saying something like "[this is an old picture from] before I started having crushes on people, but long-haired Sergei was definitely a prince!"

A couple short articles from today;

Sergei Voronov: "I think that in many ways he added, was the ride emancipated"

Russian figure skater Sergei Voronov summarized for himself the results of the last season.

"Positive moments this season, fortunately, there were so many. Appreciate the series of Grand Prix Finals, the championship of Russia was also good, although I am on it and came second. For the European Championship would put themselves plus, but with more tension. Short program at the World Cup skated with dignity, and for arbitrary put fat minus. In general, the main disadvantage of the season that got to do two quads only once - at the Russian Championships.

I do not want to talk about any illness or injuries - just myself somewhere I could not. Need to face the truth. Hoping that out, but it did not. My mistake is that at that moment I was unable to skate properly. But we have already analyzed with my team the past season, draw conclusions and ready to move on, "- said the Ravens.

Sergei Voronov: "The presence of Plushenko's very motivating"

Russian figure skater Sergei Voronov commented return twice Olympic champion Evgeni Plushenko to the sport.

"He returned to Plushenko for performances or not, my training plan from this would not have changed. Plushenko - an outstanding personality, and if he feels the strength for further work fine.

But if we pay so much attention to things, then it is not a job, and horse racing. My task - to ride, no matter what. But the presence of Plushenko's very motivating. After all, if it is competitive at my age, what to say about me, "- said the Ravens.

Ravens skater wants to keep the trend of novelty in the formulation of programs

MOSCOW, April 23 - R-Sport, Maria Vorobyov. Silver and bronze medalist of the European championships Russian skater Sergei Voronov said "F-Sport" that he already has ideas about the programs of the new season, and the main task in the formulation - to withstand thrust of the new style the creation of new images, how it happened in the last season.
Skater Ravens appreciated their results last season >>>
Ravens in the season 2014/15 was twice winner of the stages on the Grand Prix, won the bronze medal in the series finale, and was third at the European Championships. At the World Championships skater was fourth after the short program, but tore arbitrary, eventually finishing 13th.
"In the long program this season has been a completely new style, unusual for me to look. And I want to, first of all, to continue this trend of novelty - once again come out in some new unexpected way. I have one idea, very daring, interesting if burnt out, I think, would be super, "- said the Ravens on the phone.

Skater also stressed that they are trainers Eteri Tutberidze and Sergey Dudakov have not discussed alteration hopping content.
"We should all show, in fact, as we are still in thought, not really discussed this point. Of course, we will work to improve, but in fact actually need to show their skills. Here's how to turn out, when will that show immediately see everything" - concluded the Ravens.

I'm very intrigued! And so happy that he wants to keep daring to be different.

Yes, I was thinking that with both Plushy and Menshov still around, Sergei could start considering himself quite the spring chicken... or raven.;)

OMG, my mind is blown, I had no idea that Sergei also sported a mullet...seems Russia really did have a period where all the skaters had to look like Plushy. He totally looks like McGyver!

Anyway, I'm glad he has his current hair, suits him much better.

And he's so positive in his recent interviews, go Sergei!

Baby Sergei! Wow...he's so different then. Nice sleeves!

That macro is great!

He's talked about how training with Eteri is like a fountain of youth since the other skaters are all so much younger. In fact, I think he referred to himself as "Benjamin Button" in one interview. Not only does he seem more vibrant there, but his packaging improved, hair...pretty much everything.

2010-2011 - First season under Nikolai Morozov.
SP Music: "Tango de Roxanne" from the Moulin Rouge soundtrack
FS Music: "Piano Concerto No. 3" by Sergei Rachmaninoff

2011 Russian Nationals -- Sergei was out much of the season due to injury, but he managed to place 4th here and bounced back from 10th place after the SP with a 3rd place FS.

The SP is not available on video (or I haven't found it anyway)

Sergei debuted the "Tango Roxanne" program at a show in Latvia:

AFAIK, the only time he may have used it in international competition would have been the 2011 Winter Universiade. Of course there are videos for his FS and gala from the Universiade, but none for the SP that I could find.

Also, at 2012 Worlds he used a different SP, "Artsakh" by Ara Gevorgyan. I don't know offhand if he skated this SP anywhere else.

Ok, I don't want to overwhelm the thread with every video and interview he's ever done, but I have collected quite a lot and this is the edited version  (I tried not to duplicate anything Mrs. P already posted...btw, I don't know how you and dorispulaski do it, because I had these saved already & it still took me ages to put them in a somewhat organized list):
