Wow Gallavich, you are a great and longtime fan... Your video collection is impressing... :agree:

Concerning the "Bolchie Gonki show" : it looks also like a French TV show called Intervilles (= "challenge between cities"). I don't know whether this TV show is still going on or not. I think the French TV channels prefer now the Fort Boyard show.

Thanks, lol. To be honest, I really only followed him closely since last season...I liked him well enough before then, but his growth with Eteri was what really impressed me. And his charming personality & sincere desire to improve. And those form-fitting costumes didn't hurt.

I haven't heard about any exhibitions, unfortunately. I think right now he's still on vacation, & Eteri's group is supposed to have their training camp in June at Novogorsk. Maybe something later in the summer? I hope we'll see him somewhere before the test skates...that's an awfully long time to wait.

CoC and CoR. I think that's very good for Sergei.:)

CoR should be (depends if Plushenko takes the TBD spot, but I'll be surprised if he does). I'm a little more nervous about CoC considering what happened at Worlds - and he had to drop out of CoC some years ago due to an ankle injury (I do believe that ice is cursed). But he's also medalled there a couple times, so I'm just going to keep my fingers crossed that it's time for him to do well there again.

Skater Voronov said that programs will start setting new season in July

MOSCOW, June 25 - R-Sport, Maria Vorobiev. The two-time European Championship winner Russian figure skater Sergei Voronov told the agency "F-Sport" that the program of the new season will begin in early July put outside Russia.
Ravens in the season 2014/15 was twice winner of the Grand Prix, won the bronze medal in the series finale, and was third at the European Championships . At the world championship skater he was fourth after the short program, but picked an arbitrary and took the final 13th place.
"Soon I will go to set new program - said the Ravens on the phone. - A lot of guys got everything ready, all I ask," is not it too late? "But just want to explain - there is no problem, but there is an agreement, according to which place I go program in early July. "

"About whom will work on programs, it makes no sense to speak now, but it is a good man. So far there is only a blueprint, of thought. In terms of music and ideas I trust the specialist, rely on his taste. I can only say that to put the program will not in Russia, "- said the athlete.
The interlocutor of agency also said that in the offseason, he "was a series of medical interventions." After the short program at the World Cup Voronov said that he "strongly knee ached." "The theme of health procrastinate do not want to say this: everything is under control, and this is most important. We all learn from our mistakes and I are no exception, so everything is fine. All you need to be, we did," - explained to the athlete.

"Now I am on the collection in Novogorske, a lot of work in the hall, doing general physical training, choreography, doing special exercises, a few days will go on the show for which you had to remember what a ride program. Actually right now I prepare myself physically to the fact that will be new productions. They are, however, things will be difficult, but you should start small and gradually build momentum, "- concluded the athlete.

He was in a small ice show yesterday for the opening of a new rink, along with Bobrova/Soloviev, Evgenia Medveda, and Monko/Khallavin. Some photos on the Eteri Tutberidze VK page:

I just looked up and his most recent choreographers were Zhulin, Averbukh and Irina Zukh. All those are Russia based, I believe. The rest of his wiki doesn't note his choreographer each time, but I assume they were also Russia-based? So it sounds like he is going in a new direction maybe. Wonder if it is an expat choreographer or another nationality?

Before he went to Eteri, Morozov was his coach and choreographer. I'm pretty certain he would never go back to him ...plus he says the new choreographer is "a good man," which would seem to rule out Nikolai... ;) I have a couple guesses, but I could be way off base.

Sergei is working with David Wilson in Toronto

Don't know how that will be...hopefully good. I'm kind of glad it's him and not Jeffrey Buttle, just because Jeff seems to be working with everyone under the sun now, and I think David's programs tend to be more to my particular taste (he can be hit or miss, but that's true for all of them).

Thanks for the information. I am also happy that Voronov decided to work with Wilson.

David choreographed Javi's Black Betty. ;) If he could come up with something along those lines for Sergei, I'd be thrilled.

Oh, really? I don't know why I thought that was Buttle? Well, if so, yes, something like that would indeed be ideal.:)

Ooh, so he is going for non-Russian. That will be quite interesting to see for a change. Yes, a Black Betty-type programme could suit him very well.
