There was livestream and we can see protocols.

And we see - level of Canadian Junior Ladies at Nationals is lower than US Junior Ladies.

Are there info of age of competitors?
Some girls looked very young, some others mature. And the same results mean different for, for example, 12 years old and 17 years old.

Tracings.net is a good site for info on the ages of the ladies. Zhao's information is probably under the US list as she competed there before and this is her first year competing in Canada.

The most interesting thing is that except for Zhao, all the ladies who got JGP's this year bombed. Zhao is the only JGP bound lady in the final flight for the FS. In fact 2 of those ladies ( Lin and K. Decelles ) will be in the first flight for the FS.

Megan Yim would have been given a JGP if she wasn't too young this year. She will definitely get one next year.

No problem. I remembered that a bunch of them had a JGP assigment or 2 because Canada earned 2 spots per event and actually used them.

Megan Yim turned 13 sometime after July 1, 2014. That is why she did not get a JGP this year. She scored over 50 in the short program in the BC summer skate with a triple lutz.
