I think he is. He is also with Lee Barkell from Granite.

Rafael Arutiunian doesn't travel anymore, but is still listed as Gogolev's coach on his ISU bio. At Skate America Vera Arutiunian, Rafael's wife, was with him, and Benoit Richaud, free skate choreographer, was with him at Grand Prix France.
