Well, whether to downgrade a jump is more of a technical specialist issue than a judging issue. Unfortunately we don't have a trained caller to do this for us, and whichever of us might volunteer, we don't always have the camera angles or slow-motion capability to do it accurately.
But individual judges can reflect underrotations in the GOEs. Of course with falls there would be -3 GOE (and fall deduction) anyway, so there isn't an additional penalty for underrotating unless there's a caller to determine which jumps should or shouldn't be downgraded.
But when in doubt, give the skater the benefit of it.

don't you know the ISU rule that Morosov choreography gets a bonus before the music even starts?

And I suppose there's also a bonus after the music finishes.
Well, I have a whole bunch of PDFs saved from competitions, then I go in, edit them to have the right skaters, scores and everything, and then it looks like that, my mother works for a design company so I have lots of PDF editing programs at my fingertips lol...I also loveeeeeee math so I have all the values and deductions and stuff memorized lol

I was looking at stuff on the desktop and saw this that I never finished. I feel bad because I had a "score the ladies" thread that got very few responses and here I am blowing it off, so this is what I had scored so far. If more come in I will finish. The ladies anyway.

I'm sorry italia, I thought this would be fun for more members too. But some just want to have the freedom of saying what they don't like, how they "wuzrobbed," their placements but not put themselves in the judges shoes.
