WOW! Congratulations to the US. Now let's see if they can carry over that momentum to a gold medal in the finals. And Nistor of Romania qualified first for the AA. For sure some of this will end up on You tube so I will start searching tomorrow. :)

In day one of the men's competition, after 3 events, Japan leads followed by Russia and France, & Switzerland.
 
The men are done qualifying. The USA is most improved from 13th last year to fourth this year.

Could someone give some details about what happened to Kramarenko on vault? I only read an article (couldn't find a youtube video yet) that said she ran right up to the springboard and then stopped for some reason. What happened???
