This year's USFS Governing Council gets under way on Wednesday April 30 and runs through Saturday, May 3, 2008 in Denver, CO. I have started this thread with the intent that anyone (fans, officials, or delegate attendees) can offer up information, comments and reactions to what decisions come from this year's gathering.

Janet Lynn Solomon will be the keynote speaker at the Athlete Advisory Committee (AAC) Alumni Dinner during this year's Governing Council. The five-time U.S. champion (1969-73) will deliver her message, “Skating Through Time,” on May 2 at 7 p.m.

Icenetwork.com users have viewed 4.1 million video clips and have watched nearly 150,000 hours of video content (all figures as of 2/29). Subscriptions to the site continue to grow, eclipsing last year’s figures by more than 300% (as of 2/29)."
