The thing is that Kristi and Midori (and Tonya) were the only one doing the big tricks.
There are many men who do Quads...

But not with that kind of quality and explosive and speed that Yuzuru and Chan have.
These 4 won their medals fair and square. I don't think anyone can dispute their medals.

It's just so weird to see top 2 making so many mistakes. It's like 1992 rendezvous.

I hope it's not too harsh to say right now that Chan carrying on with proud Canadian tradition seems appropriate tbh. I mean, I'm sure he'd love to have won but it's not like people are going to look back at his career and say "No OGM? Who is this nobody?"

I've said for a long time now that if you are looking for good skating, the last place to look is the Olympics. To many nerves, too much at stake.
