I would say G/P has a slight chance of overtaking them considering Nikita's history of effing up. I hope S/K pull through tho because they are a much more interesting team

I actually thought the original poster was referring to C\B, But now i get he was talking
about S\K, My bad G\P could totally take em.

Oh I see what you mean! Actually now I am not sure for sure what was meant... oh well, it is 2 am here, can't worry about it Thanks for clarifying!

I definitely think Gilles/Poirier can take Sinitsina/Katsalapov. S/K are less then two points ahead, and G/P have a strong free program this season. Should be interesting! I think it will be the biggest drama since 1st place is there for the taking by Chock/Bates.

I agree with this. I actually expect G/P to overtake them myself but anything could happen.

There is always the chance Nikita will mess up a twizzle too.

I saw some clips of S/K's FD and have a couple friends who watched practices. They seem much less comfortable with their FD, their SD seems like it'll be their stronger program this season. I think G/P are stronger in the FD, so they could very well move up. Who knows though, it's been an interesting weekend! I just hope everyone skates their best.
